About Us

Perfect 10 Gymnastics is the fruition of a long-time dream of owners/head coaches Heather Yeck and Melissa Yeck. Both were competitive gymnasts and former coaches at Rochester Turners. Together, they have over 30 years of coaching experience, from preschool to Level 10 gymnasts. Aside from coaching, Heather is a former teacher and Melissa is a former family therapist. Each has experience with children's development, behavior, and education. They believe gymnastics can create a great foundation for success through hard work, mental toughness, team work, and persistence.

At Perfect 10 Gymnastics we believe mastering solid fundamentals is the only way to be safe, advance in skills, and properly execute those skills. It's not worth doing unless it can be done right!

We have a host of former gymnasts with a variety of coaching experiences on our staff.
